Professor Christina L. Kunz teaches contracts, UCC sales, UCC payments, electronic commerce, and contract drafting at William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. She has helped to develop electronic commercial law since 1990. She is a vice chair of the ABA Cyberspace Law Committee, is a frequent speaker on the topic nationwide, and has coauthored groundbreaking articles on electronic contract formation.

Professor Carol L. Chomsky teaches contracts, sales, statutory interpretation, and American legal history at the University of Minnesota Law School. Her scholarly work has focused on contract law and teaching, and on a variety of legal history topics. She served as codirector of the Early Career Learning Program and Multicultural Fellows Program at the University of Minnesota.
